I'd like to return/exchange an item. Can you tell me how that works?
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you want to return something for any reason, we will not argue, sigh, or even roll our eyes, as long as: (1) you have proof of purchase; (2) you return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original order date; (3) the item is new and unused with no signs of wear or use; and (4) all original packaging, including any warranties, inner packaging and tags are present, attached, and in good condition.
Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective items.
Please note: (1) when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold; (2) items cannot be returned if assembled; (3) you are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return/exchange is the result of an error on our part. We do not generally send out return shipping labels. However, if requested, we will forward you a return shipping label and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
If you received the item as a gift, a gift receipt must be provided along with the item you are returning or exchanging. If you are returning a sale item, we can only issue you a merchandise credit. We cannot refund any special promotions or discounts, shipping costs, or gift boxing charges unless the return or exchange is the result of our error.
We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if it is not received in its original condition. In such a case, the items will be returned to you. If the shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
Please allow 10-14 working days for your refund to process. Items returned after 30 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only.

I just bought an item and now see it offered at a lower price. Can I get a price adjustment?
We offer a one-time price adjustment on full price items within 5 days of purchase if accompanied by a proof of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are not eligible for a price adjustment.
What are your shipping & handling policies?
We are happy to offer free standard Ground Shipping for most domestic orders that total $50 or more. The order total must be met after all discounts, promotions and coupons are applied. Tax (if applicable) does not count towards free shipping. Unfortunately, due to the cost of shipping, products with an oversized surcharge do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping prices presently are based on order total and appear during checkout. If our shipping and handling estimates are much higher than the actual shipping cost, we refund the difference. We pinky swear.
Domestic orders are typically sent via FedEx Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 2-10 business days. International orders are typically sent via USPS First Class International or International Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date or time unless an expedited shipping method (Overnight Shipping, 2nd Business Day Shipping, or International Priority Mail) is chosen upon checkout.
Third-party carriers or freight forwarding companies are not allowed for any order pick-ups.
Extra heavy or bulky items are considered oversized by our shipping carriers and a surcharge may apply. If an item does require a shipping surcharge, the item's description will state that the product is oversized or we will email you with the actual amount charged by the carrier once your checkout is complete. Shipping surcharges are applied in addition to regular shipping fees.
While we strive to ship most orders within 1-2 business days, we do occasionally have delays. Gift wrapping adds one additional business day of processing time to all orders, including those orders shipped via 2nd Business Day, Overnight Delivery, or International Priority Mail.
For guaranteed arrival dates, please select either 2nd Business Day, Overnight, or International Priority Mail as your shipping method and place the order by 12 pm CST Monday through Friday. The order will ship the same day if gift wrapping is not chosen as an option. If gift wrapping is chosen as an option, the order will ship the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday with 2nd Business Day, Overnight, or International Priority Mail chosen as the shipping method will ship the next business day.
Please note: military shipments are considered international by the USPS and require customs forms and special handling.
Lastly, we do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses, unclaimed packages, items damaged in transit, or lost/stolen packages. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses or packages that are unclaimed may be re-routed or returned to us as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed or returned to us, a $20.00 charge is assessed to the billing party. The billing party is also responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
